Alexandroupolis resident Vasiliki Yiagli took third place in the Greek National Cooking school competition!

Alexandroupolis resident Vasiliki Yiagli took third place in the Greek National Cooking school competition at Expotrof (Food and Drink Expo) this year.

The 6th Expotrof Trade Fair took place on 1-4 February in Athens and had more than 50,000 visitors.

We are overjoyed, not only because Vasiliki is from our home town, but also because her recipe included Kyklopas early harvest olive oil an Kyklopas naturally infused Garlic olive oil.

Her recipe, that gave her third place in the sandwich category, is based on a traditional pie which was filled with a cheese sauce made from Galotyri cheese from the island of Samothrace, Kyklopas early harvest olive oil, Kyklopas Garlic flavoured olive oil, as well as Yfantis Gourmet cold turkey.

Well done to her!
