Gastronomy magazine: the editorial by Mr Rentoyla

The editorial by Mr Rentoyla Archisyntakti, editor-in-chief of Kathimerini newspaper’s magazine, Gastronomy, in today's issue (11/2/18): In those last few moments, salt, and bunch of celery leaves, a little marjoram, oregano or thyme. Finished off with a few drops of lemon juice and early harvest olive oil on the plates. I tried this year’s olive oil from Kyklopas, the olive mill from Thrace that we awarded this year. Better than last year's, superb. Through their oil, they teach us elegance, quality, the symbolic magnitude of this oil is important and useful: let this be our reality, our philosophy on a Sunday.

What an honour it is for us to have such words written by a man with so much knowledge of gastronomy. We truly thank you!!
