"Cooking Cretan cuisine with olive oil" with Executive Chef Vasilis K. Leonidou.

The vocational training college IEK Praxis held a seminar in Chalkida, Greece on "Cooking Cretan cuisine with olive oil" presented by Executive Chef Vassilis Leonidou.

The award-winning chef (2017 Top Chef, Flos Olei), an expert in Cretan cuisine and olive oil, took us on a journey of the traditional flavours of Crete and the importance of quality oil.

The seminar started with olive oil tasting and continued with the presentation of recipes.

We are delighted that Kyklopas olive oil was chosen to make the dessert.
