GRANT : The seminar was about Greek cuisine and more specifically Aegean cuisine

Another outstanding and informative seminar entitled "Aegean Aromas" took place on Tuesday 14/1/2020 at GRANT. The seminar was about Greek cuisine and more specifically Aegean cuisine, showcasing traditional recipes from a more modern perspective using new cooking techniques using lamb, rabbit, haddock and Santorini fava. The seminar included information on gastronomic tourism and the trends of gastronomy in the Aegean while the participants had the opportunity to taste traditional products and wines. We would like to warmly thank the instructor and Executive Chef Maikadis Theofanis for the wonderful presentation of the seminar and for choosing Kyklopas olive oil and our aromatic olive oils for their recipes.
