Olive Oil Sommelier Program to California 10/9/18

The Olive Oil Sommelier Certification training is once again begin held in California from 10-15 September 2018, and is organised by the Olive Oil Times Educational Lab and the California International Culinary Centre. The six-day course brings together important experts and educators in the olive oil sector. One of the trainers is the Greek professional taste tester Kostas Liris who has extensive experience in all matters related to olive oil quality and oil tasting. He regularly participates as judge and sensory panellist at the most distinguished olive oil competitions in the world. It is a great honour for us to be among the olive oils chosen to represent Greece on the other side of the Atlantic. We thank you wholeheartedly, Mr. Liris. Read more here
