Olive oil Times educational laboratory London 2019

20-25 of January 2019. The Olive Oil Times Education Lab presents the six-day International Culinary Center Olive Oil Sommelier Certification Program at the CIEE Global Institute London, featuring the foremost olive oil experts in a series of courses spanning production, quality management and advanced sensory assessment. The London course is the first time the Sommelier Certification Program has ventured beyond the U.S.

Mr Kostas Liris  certified professional taste tester. Based in Kalamata, Southern Greece and collaborating with international competitions, he has extensive experience in matters of quality and olive oil tasting. He chose and our olive oil as one of the highest quality Greek extra virgin olive oils to showcase as part of his representing Greece. It is a real honour  and we sincerely thank him.
