Ingredients for the pizza base
750g flour type 00 for pizza or strong white flour
400ml lukewarm water (+ 2Tbs) OR 350ml lukewarm water + 50ml lukewarm milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
13g Dry yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
Semolina or polenta to sprinkling on the baking tray
To make Pizza with mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, peppers and rocket, you will need:
5-6 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella or pecorino cheese
1-2 sliced peppers
5-6 sliced fresh mushrooms sliced
5-6 slices of good quality ham
Fresh rocket and Kyklopas naturally infused olive oil with Chili to serve
