Moist Chocolate Cake in a Cup in 2 minutes!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons (45 ml) all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons (30 ml) white or brown sugar

1 tablespoon (15 ml) cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking powder

3 tablespoons (45 ml) milk

1 tablespoon (15 ml) Kyklopas Orange or Chili Oil

Optional:

1 drop vanilla extract

10 chocolate chips (5 ml / 1 teaspoon)

 

Method

In a 250 ml (1 cup)-capacity coffee cup, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla (optional).

With a fork, gently stir until the batter no longer has lumps. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips (optional).

Cook the cake in the microwave for 45 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes to allow for the cake to finish cooking.
