Under the shade of the centuries-old olive tree in our courtyard, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sotiris Kontizas. In this beautiful setting, we talked about Makri PDO olive oil, the blessed land of Thrace, and everything that makes our region unique.
Together, we prepared a traditional wild greens pie, with the aim of this video traveling the image of our region around the world, as part of an initiative by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.
For us, the Kyklopas family, this meeting was more than just a filming. It was a moment that once again made us feel the responsibility we carry: to continue with the same dedication, as we have done all these years, to produce an exceptional extra virgin olive oil of high standards.
We continue with passion, honoring our roots and looking toward the future.
