We are deeply proud of our new collaboration with the Michelin-starred restaurant MAKRIS Athens, part of the Domes Resorts group!
Despite sharing the same name, MAKRIS Restaurant is not connected to our own Makri here in Evros. Its roots lie in beautiful Corfu and its ancient name. However, this coincidence became the perfect reason for us to meet and kick off a great culinary partnership.
Together with the exceptional and charismatic Chef Petros Dimas, we created a completely unique bottle of Makri early harvest olive oil (agourelaio), exclusively for MAKRIS Restaurant.
Furthermore, our collaboration is expanding, as this special product will also be available for purchase at Domes Resorts across Greece.
We feel truly proud of this partnership — haute gastronomie has found its ideal olive oil!
