Nothing goes to waste — everything returns to nature.

Circular Management & Energy Production
Olive mill by-products are collected daily and processed in a biogas plant, where a 40-day aerobic digestion process produces biogas that is converted into electricity. After energy generation, the dry residue is collected, pasteurized, and returned to the fields as organic fertilizer, completing a fully sustainable circular process.
Smart Farming & Water Management
We apply modern smart farming practices using sensors that monitor soil moisture and microclimate conditions in real time. Data is transmitted to a central system and accessed via a mobile application, enabling optimal use of surface and groundwater resources. At the same time, a drip irrigation system, supported by approximately 10 boreholes, ensures efficient and targeted watering for each tree.
Integrated Recycling & Reuse
Circular economy principles are applied throughout every stage of production. Pruned branches are transformed into compost and returned to the olive groves, while olive leaves are reused as animal feed by local farmers. Our product packaging is fully recyclable, and the olive kernel is utilized as fuel for heating our facilities.
Energy & CO₂ Footprint Reduction
We actively invest in renewable energy, operating a photovoltaic park with a production capacity of 500 MWh, along with additional panels installed on the roof of the olive mill. Through net metering, we reduce dependence on fossil fuels, lower our CO₂ footprint, and improve overall energy efficiency.

Vision & Ambitions
Our goal for the next decade is to establish our brand among the most recognized in olive oil and related products, following a “farm to table” philosophy with full transparency and environmental certification across every stage of the product lifecycle.
