Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A single variety extra virgin olive oil produced from ripe Makri olives harvested November – December with a low acidity.  Characterized by a fruitiness of medium intensity, a sweet taste in the mouth with a mild bitter and spicy aftertaste.  Suitable for all uses.
