We, as Kyklopas, have the joy and honor of being featured several times in its pages. The Gastronomos team, with their dedication, came to Evros, captured our traditions, showcased our region, and returned to support it even in difficult times, such as after the devastating fires. This is not just journalism – it is a tangible expression of love and respect for Greek culinary heritage.
We would especially like to extend a big thank you to the entire magazine team and to Mr. Angelos Rentoulas, who, with his vision and dedication, manages to keep Gastronomos at the top. It is important to have such teams that do not limit themselves to a superficial presentation of Greek cuisine but highlight the people, stories, and soul of each place.
