On Sunday Gastronomos Magazine has a special feature on the region of Evros. We have the great pleasure and honour to have our family in the Easter issue of Gastronomos Magazine. We gave them a tour of our estate - in the olive groves of Makri, in the cave of Cyclops, around Kyklopas olive mill and of course we cooked with them, from Mayeritsa (traditional Easter soup made with offal) to stuffed goat. Our family will feature around an Easter feast with an amazing photo shoot at night under the ancient Makris olive trees. Something tells us that this issue will quickly sell out on Sunday 9/4.
