Director of the "New Agriculture for the New Generation" programme, supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, visits Kyklopas.
It was our pleasure to welcome Ms Efi Lazaridou, Managing Director of the "New Agriculture for the New Generation" project, supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, to Kyklopas. As she posted on Facebook: "Today’s visit to Makri was dedicated to olive cultivation. Harvesting with vibrating machines in the olive groves, cold pressing, strict hygienic conditions and tasting in the special blue glasses. We enjoyed a multi-awarded extra virgin olive oil with particularly fruity aromas and mild spicy notes that ranks 18th in the world in the EVOO world rankings. Many congratulations to Alexandros Tokas, Valia Kelidou and Kyklopas Olive Mill for the fervour and passion with which they evolve tradition. #neageorgianeagenia #generationaggreece"
With her was Mr Stefanos Kavalierakis, Director of the Museum of the City of Athens. He posted this review on our official Facebook page: “When Giannis Karvelas insists that this is where the most award-winning Greek olive oil is produced, he knows what he is talking about and it's something you should not miss. It is also so great to see creative people working the earth here in the far corner of Greece, progressing and evolving.”
With them was Mr Giannis Karvelas who visited our facilities once again and wrote:
Evening visit to Kyklopas SA.
The company that, according to the 2019 EVOO Word rankings, produces the most award-winning Greek extra virgin olive oil!
Kylopas SA has selected PARATUS Europe as a consultant in the application of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification. Because no management system consultant knows extra virgin olive oil better than PARATUS Europe!
We feel honoured by their kind words about us.
