Fluffy, fragrant buns with garlic dressing!
Good things take time, and the waiting time is the only negative aspect of this recipe. The aromas from the oven are truly... ⏳ Then the buns are ready, you won't even mind your fingers getting burnt because your palate will be having a party!

📍Ingredients for the fluffiest, most aromatic buns:️
250 ml lukewarm milk️
1 sachet of instant yeast️
2 tsp sugar️
1egg + 1 yolk️
50g melted butter️
50ml olive oil and Kyklopas garlic dressing
1tsp salt️
500g all-purpose flour️
Egg white, Fleur de sel, thyme for glacing
1 pack of camembert cheese
◾Leave the sugar and yeast in the milk for 10' to activate. Add the eggs, oil, salt and flour. Add the melted butter a little by little and knead the dough for about 5-6 minutes. The dough will be slightly sticky, but at the same time extememly soft.
◾Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with cling film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place to double in size.
◾Divide the dough into small balls. Place the #camembert cheese in the middle of the pan (on baking paper) and place the buns around the cheese.
◾Preheat the oven to 180°. Brush the buns with egg white, sprinkle with Fleur de sel, pour a little olive oil and garlic dressing onto the cheese.
◾Bake for about 20', until golden brown.
◾Best enjoyed warm.
