Irini Kokolaki presented Greece and the Greek olive oil for a second year at the University of Jaen in Spain, as a part of the master’s degree for the extra virgin olive oil tasters, after many years of the Greek absence from the only university course of study worldwide. The Olive Oil Testing was carried out in last year’s extra virgin olive oils as they wanted to check their progress during this year. The Digea Hellas Management Team has come to Kyklopas Olive Mill for olive tasting.
