Kyklopas had the honor of being one of the seven speakers from the group of Spain, Italy, and Greece at the seminar on olive oil tourism, organized by the Sensory Εvaluation Laboratory of Crete ACR. The seminar brought together professionals and experts who shared their knowledge and experiences, covering the topic from both a scientific perspective and a practical approach. Technology connected us and, during the olive oil production, we managed to have a live streaming connection from the Kyklopas courtyard. Through Valia’s Kelidou presentation, we shared our story and how we implement olive oil tourism, highlighting the cultural and agritouristic aspects of olive oil. Special Congratulations to Mrs. Germanaki (Agronomist, head of the Organoleptic Laboratory of Crete ACR, leader of the team of tasters, judge and panel leader in international olive oil competitions) for presenting this pioneering seminar.
