A photo from another era, 1990, when time moved more slowly and the olive oil production process was a true celebration. In the photo, the owner of the olive mill, Niki Kelidou, along with her father, Michalis, remind us of how it all began: with a passion for quality and respect for tradition.
A brazier set up outside the mill warmed the atmosphere, while the smells of roasting mixed with those of fresh olive oil. It was a time when work and joy became one, with producers sharing moments of celebration and collaboration.
It is worth noting that even 35 years ago, at Kyklopas, olives were stored in crates, following the same commitment to quality that characterizes us to this day.
For us, these memories are not just images of the past; they are the inspiration to continue honoring tradition and offering the best.
