Superb and easy buns with Kyklopas extra virgin olive oil!
This recipe is easy and there's no way it won't work for you. Made with ingredients that we all have at home, and of course Kyklopas extra virgin olive oil!
Let's get started...
You will need
500 g all-purpose flour
1 sachet dry instant yeast (7g)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
250ml lukewarm water
2 tablespoons Kyklopas extra virgin olive oil
Place all the ingredients in the mixer's bowl with the hook for 5 minutes (you can also hand-mix).
Let the dough rest and rise for 20 minutes. Make a log and cut into equal pieces to make about 10 to 13 buns. They should all be the same size.
You can make different shapes with each piece (round, bow, long).
Brush each bun with water and dip into a bowl of sesame seeds.
Place the sesame seed covered buns on baking paper and let them rise for another 10 minutes.
In the meantime, place another baking tray with about 250ml of water at the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven at 250°C on fan.
Put the buns in the oven and lower the temperature to 200°C.
Bake for about 10 minutes until brown.
It is so easy to can do this every day.

Tips: You can try some variations: instead of olive oil, use Kyklopas aromatic dressings such as oil with basil; make garlic bread with our garlic dressing made with real locally grown garlic; make cheese bread or olive bread. Use your imagination and enjoy!
