The renowned chemist Efi Christopoulou talks about our oil!

Ms. Effie Christopoulou is a chemist and part of the panel of experts for the European Commission and the International Olive Council and she also plays a fundamental role in sensory evaluation in Greece. Mrs. Effie Christopoulou has recently received an honorary award for her work.
Ms. Efi Christopoulou, who introduced the science of taste testing to Greece, says: “This is an olive oil of exceptional organoleptic characteristics, moderate to high intensity of fruitiness and a complexity of aromas. The scent and the perception of almond and herbs gives it an extremely pleasant sensation. The other positive qualities of bitterness and spice are well balanced, with the latter mostly predominating. Overall, this is an olive oil of incomparable aroma, soft on the palate and a subtle aftertaste, which yields a pleasant feeling of freshness.”
