Vasilis Galanos: Shrimp pasta with Kavala shrimps and a delicious dip with Kyklopas Early Harvest Olive Oil!
There are culinary treasures to be found in all corners of Greece. Vasilis Galanos cooks shrimp pasta with Kavala shrimps and he is doing so with the exceptional quality products: Kyklopas organic extra virgin olive oil and early harvest olive oil, from Thrace, with which he made a salad with broccoli, cauliflower and a delicious dip, where he added flower salt from Messolonghi, oregano from Chalkidiki and drops of Botanico (10-year-old balsamic vinegar by Domaine Costa Lazaridi).
