Ypaithros.gr: Gold for Kyklopas olive oil at the Monocultivar competition in Milan!
Despite the difficulties of this year's olive season, Argyris Kelidis and his family from Makri, Northern Greece, is feeling justified by receiving yet another award for their extra virgin olive oil.
More specifically, in this year's Monocultivar competition held in Milan, Italy on 16 February, Kyklopas won a Gold Quality Award for their oil. "It is the only Greek oil awarded in the competition this year" says Agronomist – Public Relations Manager Valia Kelidou, adding that "our hard work to maintain our quality has been rewarded"

The Kyklopas Mill is a family business that started its course in 1982. They produce Kyklopas extra virgin olive oil, the most awarded olive oil in Greece. Since 2008, they have won 82 global awards of taste and quality. The family’s main concern is the continuous updating of their knowledge and continuous training in the olive oil sector. It is obvious that their knowledge, passion and dedication, but mainly their hard and teamwork has lead them to success.
They run a privately owned unit and so they have full control over all stages of production and can guarantee their consistent excellent quality, even in a very difficult olive-growing season, as was the case in 2108 for all of Greece. Their goal is to make available to other families only the purest products that they themselves consume as a family.
