Seminar: "Good practice from harvesting to bottling of extra virgin olive oil and the role of organoleptic evaluation"
The "New Agriculture for the New Generation" program co-organised by the Rodopi Professional & Industrial Chamber of Commerce and the Rodopi Regional Council, held an seminar on Saturday 9 November (16:00-20:00) titled "Good practice from harvesting to bottling of extra virgin olive oil and the role of organoleptic evaluation" in the George Pavlidis Hall at the Rodopi Regional Council buildings.
The workshop was held in collaboration with PARATUS Europe LTD, and was aimed at new olive growers and entrepreneurs active in the region.
