Olive Oil Times: Olive Oil Sommelier Certification Program in Νew Υοrk!
The Olive Oil Times Education Lab, in conjunction with the International Culinary Center, announced the launch of a series of certification courses for aspiring olive oil sommeliers.
From May 13 to 18, the International Culinary Center will present, together with the Olive Oil Times Education Lab, the 7th edition of its Olive Oil Sommelier Certification Program — a six-day course designed to empower a generation of olive oil educators.
Mr Kostas Liris certified professional taste tester. Based in Kalamata, Southern Greece and collaborating with international competitions, he has extensive experience in matters of quality and olive oil tasting. He chose our olive oil as one of the highest quality Greek extra virgin olive oils to showcase as part of his representing Greece.It is a real honour and we sincerely thank him.
